The problem is most of those people are not giving it a proper foundation or other *safety* things that make it safe and are 100% just in it for the money. Yes, you can live in one of these, but you'll need to make modifications to bring it up to your county's standards. You will need to fit it for proper plumbing and ventilation, etc. - basically make it a real house. Very feasible and still cheaper than a "real" house.

use a seperate shed for a kitchen, another for a bathroom or a shower you could set up a tiny community

I've seen people go and review these, knowing what they are talking about....and they say they are junk and not made with big enough boards. The guys young sons were even to scare to go in the loft the floor was so shakey.

I always put my tiny homes on trailers. Being able to move your home is a feature you want.

I wish I could afford to live in a loft. Another pretty much considered luxury items and all the better people have them. Even though the majority of loss was started by the poor. Of people who would band together and buy abandoned buildings and separate them. Amongst themselves. Which gave way to it's open and high ceilings. Interior and exposed pipes and bricks etc. The pardon originally do all that because they liked it to aesthetic. But because they will poor. We can call it a shed but think about how much you spend on rent and utilities and just basic necessities and then think about space and now compare all of that to this and all of a sudden this doesn't look like a shed but an actual home that's equivalent to many apartments. Which makes that an even sadder statement because that literally means that the quality of life has not increased for many people for decades.

I love this first of all these aren't houses these are just big sheds. You still got to put all the wiring into it all the insulation drywall Etc and then the one thing people always forget where you going to put this thing you have to buy land can you afford the land
